The HuaXin Group - RMB1.8 billion distribution company
(one of the 3 companies picked by the Guangzhou government as the leading logistics/distribution business in China) collaborated with ecL's WMS to re-develop a complete back-end logistics/distribution e-platform to serve the Southern China market. The total investment is RMB 50 million and it will take 3 years to complete.

The logistics system of ecL was reviewed by the IT experts appointed by the local authority on Dec 21, 2002. The report concluded that the ecL system is recognized to be innovative with real-time and interactive functions. Its capabilities include CRM, Payment Processing, Warehousing, Order Fulfillment, Data Management and Procurement.
